WHAT TYPE OF CLEANING DO I NEED?

Just like there are different types of car detailing, there are different levels of cleanings. Depending on the health of your bone, you will fall into one of these categories:

Regular cleaning: A prophy removes normal levels of plaque from the top of the teeth surfaces. This will prevent gum bleeding & inflammation (gingivitis)

Gingival cleaning: When there is excessive bleeding and swollen gums present, you will need a gingival cleaning to reset your microbiome.

Deep Cleaning: Nearly 60% of adult Americans have periodontal disease which necessitates a deeper, more intensive therapy. This is a destructive & degenerative bone condition which is the #1 reason why we lose our teeth as we age.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS TO STRAIGHTEN MY CROOKED TEETH?

Many options exist to straighten teeth that are either chipped, unsymmetric or rotated, which includes braces, crowns, veneers, bonding, or even enameloplasty- which takes as little as 30 minutes and could save you thousands. Ask us about this nifty, conservative treatment!

I HAVE MISSING TEETH. WHAT CAN I DO?

Whether you are missing one or multiple teeth due to genetics, periodontal disease, or an accident, we offer an array of options like full and partial dentures, implants and bridges. Come in for a consultation to see which options are right for you.

DO YOU SEE CHILDREN?

YES! There is no age limit to be seen at our office. We also allow parents to accompany kids in the dental chair. In rare incidences where sedation is needed, we have an excellent network of pediatric dentists that we partner with.

WHAT’S YOUR POLICY ON TAKING UNNECESSARY X RAYS?

For those considered low caries risk, Xrays can be taken once every 18-24 months. We can also establish a baseline using Xrays within 1 year which are of diagnostic quality from another office. As a new patient without recent Xrays, it is standard practice to take a panoramic & (4) four cavity detecting Xrays. Since we pride ourselves in performing only needed treatments, having proper Xrays that give clear visuals of the absence or presence of cavities are needed. Other things like tumors, bone loss, impacted teeth, root resorptions, sinuses and nerve bundles that the naked eye cannot pick up on will be evident on these Xrays.
